The official beginning of Sinhala Cinema is the film ' Kadawunu Poronduwa ' released on January 21, 1947 in 1955, Joe Abeywickrama entered the cinema industry with a comedic role in the film ' Dewasundari '. Sri Lankan Cinema although influenced by South Indian Culture in its early days, later developed a unique national identity. My name is Aloka Bimanti Muhandiram, and I'm 23 years old. I'm from Kuliyapitiya, a small town in Sri Lanka. I attended Vishaka Balika Vidyalaya, Kuliyapitiya for my school education.
